helped me re-learn Pilates and reduce back strain

This book has a lot of alternate ways to learn and perform Pilates movements while ensuring you don't strain your back. I started learning Pilates at home and started to have pain from improper form; this book fixed that for me! Great, in depth explanations of each exercise, and you can go at your own pace. First chapter is really basic, so great for beginners.
